基于人工智能的移动通信网告警重要性研究

摘要 对告警进行重要性分析能够帮助网络管理系统区分重要故障,从而使网络维护人员能够对重要故障优先处理,提升故障处理质量。移动通信网络结构复杂,在进行告警重要性评估时需要进行跨专业的告警关联分析,确定故障的根因告警,从而对告警重要性进行合理评估。本文利用人工智能的手段,结合移动通信网业务和网络结构特点,以对基站下行流量指标的影响程度作为告警重要性评估的标准,并对告警影响的范围进行统计,提出了一种有效的告警重要性的评估方案。该方案基于XGBoost和Spark框架实现,取得了预期的结果。 Alarm importance analysis is very useful for network management system to distinguish among faults of different serious levels.This technology can help the network maintainer to handle the serious fault with high priority,and enhance the quality of network maintenance.The mobile communication network is very complicated,which includes wireless network,transmission network,core network,and power environment network.Therefore,alarm correlation analysis across different types of sub-networks should be applied before alarm importance analysis.Based on the characteristics of mobile communication service and network,this paper presented an effective method to estimate the importance of alarms with artificial intelligence technology.The impact to downstream traffic of base station is the criteria to estimate the importance of alarm,and the alarm influence range is considered in the method.In addition,the proposed method is implemented using XGBoost and Spark,and the expected result is obtained.
