职业启蒙教育的知与行

摘要 职业启蒙教育起于“职业”、重在“启蒙”、成于“教育”,是针对未成年人开展的帮助个体对自我和职业进行认知、探索,通过获得职业体验、内化职业精神、对职业与自我关系进一步审视形成初步职业理想并规划职业道路的一种具有引导性的教育活动。职业启蒙教育与阳明心学“知行合一”理念不谋而合,通过从对象、内容与目标三方面厘清职业启蒙教育内涵;从生态系统论视角分析职业启蒙教育实施路径;结合中国文化进一步从个体、微系统、外系统和宏系统层面明晰职业启蒙教育中知与行的关系,以丰富职业启蒙教育在中国的本土化研究。 Vocational enlightenment education starts with“career”,focuses on“enlightenment”,becomes“education”.It is a guiding educational activity for minors to gain professional experience,internalize the professional spirit,examine the relationship between career and self,form initial career ideals and plan career paths.Vocational enlightenment education coincides with the idea of“integration of knowledge and practice”in Wang Yangming’s mind philosophy.We should clarify the connotation of vocational enlightenment education from three perspectives:object,content and goal,analyze the implementation path of vocational enlightenment education from the perspective of ecosystem theory and further clarify the relationship between knowledge and action in vocational enlightenment education from the individual,microsystem,external system and macrosystem levels in the context of Chinese culture,in order to enrich the study of localization of vocational enlightenment education in China.
