介绍现行铁路轨道工程建设标准,在国家铁路局行业标准体系和中国国家铁路集团有限公司企业标准体系的基础上,系统梳理铁路轨道专业现行设计、施工、验收、检测与监测标准和标准设计以及在编标准,建立涵盖铁道行业标准、中国国家铁路集团有限公司企业标准和团体标准的铁路轨道工程建设标准体系框架,并对制定的铁路轨道工程建设标准进行需求分析。随着铁路轨道技术和应用的发展,将不断补充和完善铁路轨道工程建设标准体系框架。

This paper introduces the current standards for railway track engineering construction,systematically sorts out the current standards for design,construction,acceptance,inspection and monitoring,standard design and in-process standards of the railway track industry on the basis of the industry standard system of National Railway Administration and the in-house standard system of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,establishes the standard system framework of railway track engineering construction covering the railway industry standards,in-house standards of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.and group standards,and performs the demand analysis on the formulated standards for railway track engineering construction.With the development of railway track technology and application,the standard system framework of railway track engineering construction will also be constantly supplemented and improved.
