摘要
深埋长大硬岩隧道多利用隧道掘进机(TBM)施工,但在掘进过程中存在因遭遇不良地质发生卡机的风险。目前,用于TBM施工隧道的超前地质预报方法较少,准确预报不良地质成为对TBM施工隧道超前地质预报技术的重要考验。以大瑞铁路高黎贡山隧道开敞式TBM施工综合超前地质预报技术应用为例,提出一种地表与隧道内相结合的综合超前地质预报方法,以区域地质条件为基础,结合地勘资料、预报资料,得出综合超前地质预报结论。在此基础上,参考TBM掘进参数,综合研判卡机风险等级。应用该方法可提高TBM施工超前地质预报的准确度,降低TBM卡机风险,保障隧道安全顺利掘进。
TBM construction is mostly used for deeply-buried long and hard rock tunnels,but there is a risk of jamming due to unfavorable geological conditions during tunneling.At present,there are few advance geological prediction methods for TBM construction tunnels,and accurate prediction of unfavorable geology has become an important test for advance geological prediction technology of TBM construction tunnels.Taking the application of comprehensive advance geological prediction technology for open TBM construction of Gaoligongshan Tunnel of Dali-Ruili Railway as an example,a comprehensive advance geological prediction method combining surface and tunnel is proposed.A comprehensive advance geological prediction conclusion is drawn based on regional geological conditions in combination with geological exploration data and prediction data.On this basis,with reference to TBM tunneling parameters,the risk level of jamming is comprehensively studied and judged.The application of this method can improve the accuracy of advance geological prediction of TBM construction,reduce the risk of TBM jamming,and ensure the safe and smooth tunneling.
