Key Issues of Technological Innovation and Development of Urban Rail Transit Production and Operation

在分析城市轨道交通行业技术现状和创新趋势基础上,从顶层设计规划、新型创新体制机制建设、智慧地铁场景化建设和人才工程建设4个方面提出了城市轨道交通行业技术创新与运营生产融合发展面临的关键问题。同时,针对城市轨道交通行业技术创新重点领域,研判了以智能决策、智能服务、智能运行、智能维护和智能管理5大应用场景为核心的技术发展路径,并分别对每一领域核心内容与发展目标进行了深入论述,对于智慧地铁的建设与发展具有重要的指导意义。

Based on the analysis of the technical status and innovation trend of the urban rail transit industry,the key issues of the integrative development of technological innovation and operation&production in the urban rail transit industry are proposed from four aspects:top-level design planning,new innovation system and mechanism construction,smart metro scenario construction and talent project construction.Meanwhile,the technical development path with five application scenarios(intelligent decision-making,intelligent service,intelligent operation,intelligent maintenance and intelligent management)as the core is researched and determined for the key fields of technological innovation in the urban rail transit industry,and the core contents and development goals of each field are discussed in depth,which presents an important guiding significance for the construction and development of smart metro.
