通过广电数字双向网络以“云+网+端”的模式推动党建信息化建设,打造“智慧广电+党建信息系统”新应用,实现党组织和党员教育管理与服务的内容个性化、功能多样化和管理规范化,促进党组织和党员学习能力、服务能力、管理能力提升。
