持续3年的新冠病毒感染防控人民战争,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,广泛发动社区组织和人民群众,创新完善基层治理机制,各个主体间相融互促、同频共振,构筑起群防群治的严密防线,不断取得重大战略成果。在此期间,各地主流媒体创建的社区传媒积极发挥作用,全面准确传递基层党委政府声音,积极构建智慧社区服务全新场景,助力形成社区居民间的交流场域,协调统筹党建引领社区治理模式,有效推进核心价值观的社区浸润,积极建构居民社区感和文化记忆,成为全面应对突发公共卫生事件的必要保障,有效提升了基层社区应急治理的现代化水平。全面梳理了疫情防控下国内主流社区传播体系创新推动社区治理的样态与做法,分析总结出管理与服务、交流与协调、互动与联动3个层面6个方面的成效,有效探寻社区传播助力社区治理现代化的价值和意义,对社区传播体系和传播能力的综合性建设,提出系统化建议。
