试论三线建设时期的厂地共建及其对当代军民融合的启示——以山西吕梁地区军工厂为例

An Experimental Discussion on Factory-Land Co-construction during the Third Front Construction Period and Its Implications for Contemporary Civil-military Integration——Taking the Military Factory in Luliang Area of Shanxi as an Example

走军民结合的道路,是社会主义经济建设的重要方针。三线建设以战备为中心,统筹规划,综合平衡,将三线地区建设打造为平战结合的战略后方基地,形成了军民互惠的厂地共建模式。山西吕梁地区的小三线军工厂,推进工农生产结合、产品结构转型、扎根当地生活场域,落实军为民的思想,拓展厂地共建的实践,实现了军民一体化。三线建设时期军工厂的厂地共建经验,对于现代国防科技工业实现军民融合具有重要的启示。

Taking the road of combining the military and the civilian is an important policy of socialist economic construction.Third front construction to war preparation as the center,integrated planning,comprehensive balance,the construction of the third front area to build a strategic rear base of the combination of peace and war,the formation of a reciprocal military-civilian model of factory construction.The small third-front military factories in the Luliang area of Shanxi promoted the combination of industrial and agricultural production,product structure transformation,rooted in the local living field,implemented the idea of military for the people,expanded the practice of factory-location co-building,and realized the integration of the military and the people.The experience of factory-location co-construction during the Third Front construction period has important inspiration for the modern national defense science and technology industry to realize civil-military integration.
