摘要
为解决由于晃电造成的空分设备运行异常,提出了基于电路控制的空分设备抗晃电方法。根据空分设备在运行过程中的实际情况,对电压瞬时跌落状态下的设备运行过程进行计算,获取空分设备晃电状态下的暂态电压;引进电路控制技术,将装置连接的电路与蓄电池SW开关进行连接,优化电压支撑装置结构;采用对空分设备晃电运行电压补偿的方式,完成空分设备的抗晃电方法设计。通过对比实验的结果证明,设计的空分设备抗晃电方法可以满足空分设备在运行中的抗晃电需求,保证设备的稳定、安全、连续运行。
In order to solve the abnormal operation of air separation plant caused by power swing,an anti power swing method based on circuit control is proposed for air separation plant.According to the actual situation of the air separation unit during operation,the operation process of the unit under the transient voltage drop state is calculated to obtain the transient voltage of the air separation unit under the power swing state.Introduce circuit control technology,connect the circuit connected to the device with the battery SW switch,and optimize the structure of the voltage support device.The anti shaking method design of the air separation plant is completed by compensating the running voltage of the air separation plant.The results of comparative experiments show that the anti sloshing method designed for the air separation plant can meet the anti sloshing demand of the air separation plant in operation and ensure the stable,safe and continuous operation of the plant.
