基于云平台的通信管理系统建设与应用

摘要 随着电网规模的不断扩大和通信技术的飞速发展,内蒙古电网通信系统不断完善。电力通信网承担越来越多的支撑和保障任务,导致电网通信管理工作面临巨大挑战。通过建设一套专用的通信管理系统,以满足智能电网对通信管理工作的要求。介绍电力通信管理系统(Telecommunication Management System,TMS)的实施原则、基本功能以及应用现状,适应以电网运行模式为导向的方式,提出电力通信管理系统平台化、业务模块化以及功能精准化的建设思路。 With the expansion of the power grid scale and the development of communication technology,the communication system of the Inner Mongolia power grid has been continuously improved.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the backbone communication network will continue to be extended,the power communication network will undertake more and more support and guarantee tasks,and the power grid communication management will face greater challenges.In this context,only by building a dedicated communication management system can the requirements of the smart grid for communication management be met.This paper introduces the implementation principles,basic functions and application status of the power Telecommunication Management System(TMS),and puts forward the construction ideas of the power communication management system platform,business modularity and precise functions in order to adapt to the power grid operation mode.
