乙状结肠de novo癌的诊断与治疗1例报道

Diagnosis and treatment of de novo type sigmoid colon carcinoma: one case report

结肠癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,对于进展期结肠癌,临床上诊断较为容易,但对于早期结肠癌,尤其是de novo癌更容易漏诊。准确判断早期结肠癌的浸润深度,决定了采用内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)或者外科手术治疗,本文报道1例乙状结肠de novo癌的诊治经过。

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China.For advanced colorectal cancer,clinical diagonisis is easy.However,it is missied diagnosis for early colorectal cancer,especially de novo cancer.Operation mode of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)or surgical treatment is determined by accurate judgment of the depth of invasion of early colorectal cancer.This article reported the diagnosis and treatment of de novo type sigmoid colon carcinoma.
