摘要
兰炭已成为我国硅铁冶炼用主要碳质还原剂。文章对硅铁冶炼所需兰炭的理化性质指标产生的历史与内在原因进行总结分析,对兰炭的电阻率、粒度、机械强度和反应性等性能提出了新的认识,不同兰炭之间的高温电阻率和反应性接近且高于传统还原剂;入炉兰炭粒度区间应缩小并与炉容匹配;认为兰炭机械强度、烧损程度及粉化率应作为评价体系的重要组成指标。提出了上述指标的测定方法及装置,并初步验证了使用效果。
Semi-coke has become the main carbon reductant for ferrosilicon smelting in China.The article summarizes the history and analyzes the internal causes of the physical and chemical properties of semi-coke required for ferrosilicon smelting,and puts forward a new understanding of semi-coke’s resistivity,particle size,mechanical strength and reactivity.The high temperature electrical resistivity and reactivity between different semi-cokes are close to and higher than those of traditional reductants,which are affecting power consumption and furnace conditions;the particle size range of the feeding semi-coke should be narrowed and matched with the furnace capacity.It is considered that the mechanical strength,ignition loss and pulverization rate of semi-coke should be used as important indicators of the evaluation system.And the determination method and of the above-mentioned indicators are proposed with the preliminarily verification of the effect.
