摘要
25%铝锌合金用硝酸和氢氟酸溶解,加入硼酸饱和溶液消除氟的影响,利用ICP-AES光谱法(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法)测定其硅、铁、铜、铅含量。同时讨论了试验过程中各种元素对结果的影响,如工作曲线、基体及元素波长等;研讨了试验的准确度、精密度、检出限及回收率等。
25%aluminum zinc alloy is dissolved in nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and boric acid saturated solution is added to eliminate the influence of fluorine.The contents of silicon,iron,copper and lead in the alloy are determined by ICP-AES(inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry).The effects of various elements on the results are discussed,such as working curve,matrix,element wavelength.The accuracy,precision,detection limit and recovery of the test are discussed.
