股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗绝经后妇女股骨转子间骨折的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation technology in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in postmenopausal women

目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉技术(PFNA)治疗绝经后妇女转子间骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年12月至2021年10月在本科进行PFNA手术治疗的40例绝经期女性患者,年龄49~86岁,平均(67.3±11.2)岁,使用Harris髋关节功能评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及健康调查简表(SF36)进行疗效评估。结果40例患者获得完整随访,随访时间9~12月,平均(11±1)个月。末次随访时,Harris评分及SF36评分分别较术前提高(72.8±11)分、(55.7±11.5)分,VAS评分较术前下降(5.9±2.1)分(P<0.05)。结论PFNA术用于绝经后妇女的股骨转子间骨折的治疗效果良好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)technique for intertrochanteric fractures in postmenopausal women.Methods From December 2020 to October 2021,40 postmenopausal female patients who underwent PFNA surgery in our department were retrospectively analyzed.Harris hip function score,visual analog scale(VAS)and the MOS item short from health survey(SF36)score were used to evaluate the curative effect.Results All patients were followed up after operation to 9 months.At the last follow-up,the Harris score and SF36 score were higher than those before operation,and the VAS score was lower than that before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions PFNA is used for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in postmenopausal women,and the postoperative satisfaction is high and the effect is good.
