数字经济与低碳经济协同作用及空间效应研究

Research on the Synergistic Effect and Spatial Effect of Digital Economy and Low Carbon Economy

基于2013—2020年中国30个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,构建数字经济与低碳经济系统,探究数字经济和低碳经济耦合协调度的空间效应。研究发现:中国省域数字经济与低碳经济耦合协调度具有上升趋势,整体上从颉颃层次上升到磨合层次,东部地区耦合协调度均值在样本期内一直处于磨合层次,中部和西部地区耦合协调度从颉颃层次上升到磨合层次;全国耦合协调度基尼系数具有下降趋势,东部耦合协调度基尼系数平稳波动,中部耦合协调度基尼系数具有上升趋势,西部耦合协调度基尼系数具有下降趋势;数字经济与低碳经济耦合协调度在空间上表现为显著的相关性。应积极推动数字经济与低碳经济共同发展、协同创新,对不同地区制定差异化政策,促进不同地区间数字经济与低碳经济的协同发展。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2013 to 2020,a digital economy and low-carbon economy system was constructed to explore the spatial effects of the coupling coordination degree of the digital economy and low-carbon economy.It is found that the coupling coordination degree between the digital economy and low-carbon economy in China has been on the rise from the Jie level to the running-in level on the whole;the mean coupling coordination degree in eastern region has been at the running-in level during the sample period,while the coupling coordination degree in central and western regions has been on the opponent level to the running-in level.The Gini coefficient of coupling coordination degree in the country showed a downward trend;the Gini coefficient of coupling coordination degree in the east fluctuated steadily;the central region showed an upward trend,and the west showed a downward trend.The coupling coordination degree of digital economy and low carbon economy shows a significant correlation in space.We should actively promote the joint development and collaborative innovation of the digital economy and low-carbon economy,formulate differentiated policies in different regions,and promote the coordinated development of digital economy and low-carbon economy among different regions.
