摘要
应用型高校人才培养重视能力本位,突出应用导向。以劳动教育概念内涵为切入点,在理清劳动教育与劳动、劳动与生产劳动、劳动教育与“四育”等关系基础上,针对应用型高校学生“毕业即步入职场”的特点,找准劳动教育目标在劳动观念建立、“三劳”精神培育、劳动能力培养等方面的定位。采用逆向思维方式设计应用型高校劳动教育创新路径:“一队伍”强化建设、“两阵地”相互补充、“三融合”全面推进、“多部门”协同发力,为应用型高校劳动教育的有效实施提供科学的理论参考和实践指导。
The application-oriented colleges and universities attach great importance to ability development and highlight application in their talent training.On the basis of clearly clarifying the relationships between labor education and labor,labor and productive labor,labor education and“four educations”,taking into account the characteristics of“entering the workplace upon graduation”in application-oriented colleges and universities,and by taking the connotation labor education concept as the starting point,this paper locates the positioning of labor education goals in the establishment of labor concepts,the cultivation of“three labors”spirit,and the development of labor capabilities.The innovative path of labor education in applied colleges and universities is designed by adopting the reverse thinking approach:team strengthening construction,positions complementing,and integration and comprehensive promotion among departments synergy to provide scientific theoretical reference and practical guidance for the effective implementation of labor education in applied colleges and universities.
