摘要
分子生物学的基础理论知识和实验技能与食品专业所开设的各门课程交叉融合,以适应高速发展的食品行业对高素质人才的需求。食品专业生物学基础薄弱,分子生物学具有很强的前沿性、应用性及学科交叉性特点,这是授课教师需要解决的重要难题。基于食品专业教学计划和学生实际情况,结合自身教学实践,针对分子生物学相关课程的教学模式进行了体系构建的初步探索,为食品专业的分子生物学教学质量的提升提供了一定的基础。
The basic theoretical knowledge and experimental skills of molecular biology are integrated with various courses offered by food specialty,so as to meet the needs of high-quality talents in the rapidly developing food industry.The biological foundation of food specialty is weak,while molecular biology has strong cutting-edge,applied and interdisciplinary characteristics,this is an important problem that needs to be solved by teachers.Based on the teaching plan of food specialty and the actual situation of students,combined with our own teaching practice,this paper conducted a preliminary exploration on the system construction of the teaching mode of molecular biology related courses,which provided a certain basis for the improvement of the teaching quality of molecular biology-related courses offered by food specialty.
