创新创业教育驱动下的实践教学改革研究--以上海商学院食品质量与安全专业为例

Research on Practice Teaching Reform of Food Quality and Safety Driven by Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education:Taking the Food Quality and Safety Specialty of Shanghai Business University as an Example

创新创业教育和实践教学在培养学生的应用能力、创新能力、合作精神等方面发挥重要作用,二者相互促进、相辅相成。基于指导双创项目和专业实践教学的经验,结合上海商学院食品质量与安全专业实践教学的安排,提出双创背景下,专业实践教学在不同阶段的改革措施,以构建适合该专业的新型实践教学体系。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice teaching play an important role in cultivating students'application ability,innovation ability and cooperation spirit.They promote and complement each other.Based on the experience of guiding innovation and entrepreneurship projects and practice teaching on courses,combined with the arrangement of food quality and safety practice teaching,the reform measures of professional practice teaching in different stages under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship were put forward,and a new practical teaching system suitable for the specialty was constructed.
