摘要
乳品工程专业属于实践性和应用性强的专业,为有效提高乳品工程专业实践教学对人才培养的积极推动作用,结合河南省出台的《沿黄区域绿色奶业发展专项规划(2014—2020年)》,论述了河南科技大学乳品工程专业实践教学改革的必要性,另外从实践教学体系、实践教学存在问题及发展对策等方面进行详细介绍,以期为地方高校乳品工程专业及相关专业方向的实践教学提供参考。
Dairy engineering is highly practical application specialty.In order to effectively improve the positive role of dairy engineering practice teaching in personnel training,combining with the special plan for green dairy industry development in yellow region(2014—2020)issued by our province,this paper discussed the necessity of the reform of practice teaching in dairy engineering,and introduced the practice teaching system,problems and development countermeasures in detail,so as to provide reference for the practice teaching of dairy project specialty and related specialty in local universities.
