摘要
为保证新义矿业孤岛工作面覆岩离层注浆充填减沉的实施,解放建筑物下压煤。从钻井液漏失、电发测井、电视成像、注浆量与注浆压力耦合关系等方面进行分析,为采空覆岩离层可注性提供依据。通过在12030孤岛工作面临近采空区注浆形成充填平面,表明在高压注浆充填作用下采空区可形成条状支撑带,为孤岛工作面实施覆岩离层注浆充填不迁村开采提供前期依据。
In order to ensure the implementation of grouting filling and subsidence reduction in overburden strata of island working face,and liberate the coal under buildings,the aspects of drilling fluid leakage,electric logging,TV imaging,coupling relationship between grouting amount and grouting pressure was analyzed to provide a basis for the grout ability of overburden strata separation.Through the filling plane formed by grouting near the goaf in No.12030 island working face.it showed that the strip support zone could be formed in the goaf under the action of high-pressure grouting filling,which provided a preliminary basis for the implementation of overburden separation grouting filling non-relocation mining in the island working face.
