摘要
带式输送机是煤矿工程实践中非常关键和重要的输送机械装备。将永磁电动机应用到带式输送机中,具有良好的效果,与传统的异步电机驱动方案相比,能很好地提高驱动效率。以南山煤业为研究对象,将TBVF-250/40YC永磁电动机和BPJ-630/1140变频器应用到该矿主斜井的DSJ100/63/2×160带式输送机中,介绍了应用方案,并对控制系统进行了设计,包括主电路模块、温控模块、相序识别模块和高低速控制模块。现场实践表明,永磁电动机在带式输送机中应用效果良好,整体结构简化,工作效率提升,运行成本降低,经计算认为10 a时间可以为南山煤业节省1510万元的费用。
Belt conveyor is a very critical and important conveying equipment in coal mine engineering practice.The application of permanent magnet motor to belt conveyor has a good effect.Compared with the traditional asynchronous motor drive scheme,it can improve the drive efficiency.The TBVF-250/40YC permanent magnet motor and BPJ-630/1140 inverter are applied to DSJ100/63/2×160 belt conveyor of Nanshan Coal Mine.The application scheme is introduced and the control system is designed,including main circuit module,temperature control module,phase sequence recognition module and high and low speed control module.The field practice shows that the application effect of permanent magnet motor in belt conveyor is good,the overall structure is simplified,the working efficiency is improved and the operation cost is reduced.It is calculated that the 10 a time can save 15.1 million yuan for Nanshan Coal Industry.
