摘要
为了准确测定石墨垫片中的氯含量,采用元素分析仪开展了测定石墨垫片中氯离子含量的实验研究。石墨垫片高温燃烧生成的含氯气体进入到滴定池中,采用微库仑法分别测定3种型号石墨垫片的4个不同部位的氯含量。实验结果发现:3种型号石墨垫片不同测定部位的氯含量不相同,1#石墨垫片的氯含量为200.34 mg/kg,2#石墨垫片的氯含量为88.64mg/kg,3#石墨垫片的氯含量为408.62 mg/kg。微库仑法具有操作简单、快速、样品成分无损失、精密度高等特点。
In order to accurately determine the chlorine content in graphite gaskets,an experimental study on the determination of the chlorine content ion in graphite gaskets was carried out by using elemental analyzer.The chlorine containing gas generated by high temperature combustion of graphite gasket entered the titration cell,and the chlorine content of four different parts of three types of graphite gaskets was determined by microcoulometry.The experiment results show that the chlorine content of different measuring parts of the three types of graphite gaskets was different,the chlorine content of 1#graphite gasket was 200.34 mg/kg,the chlorine content of 2#graphite gasket was 88.64 mg/kg,and the chlorine content of 3#graphite gasket was 408.62 mg/kg.Microcoulomb method has the characteristics of simple operation,fast speed,no loss of sample composition and high precision.
