摘要
针对低浓度煤层气直接液化浓缩制得的液化天然气LNG产品中含有一定量氧气的情况,分析了其储存可能存在的安全隐患,并对这一安全问题进行了计算与分析。结果表明,合理控制进入储罐LNG中的氧含量,可有效避免安全隐患的产生;对储罐采用多通道BOG气体组分与温度检测系统以及BOG气体置换系统,可进一步加强LNG的储存安全。研究成果对含氧LNG储存的安全预防措施和标准制定提供了理论指导。
In view of the fact that there is a certain amount of oxygen in liquefied natural gas(LNG)produced by direct liquefaction and concentration of low concentration coal-bed methane(CBM),the potential safety hazards in its storage were analyzed.The results show that reasonable control of oxygen content in LNG storage tank can effectively avoid the occurrence of safety hazards;The multi-channel BOG gas composition and temperature detection system and BOG gas replacement system are adopted for the storage tank,which can further enhance the storage safety of LNG.The research results provide theoretical guidance for safety precautions and standard formulation of oxygen containing LNG storage.
