根据GB/T 39498-2020《消费品中重点化学物质使用控制指南》提供的消费品重点化学物质的使用控制建议值,用绿色环保型过氧化物引发剂替代传统的偶氮二异庚腈进行工业化试验和生产。应用结果表明,完全替代后聚合过程平稳,胶乳性能和糊树脂产品性能均达到企业质量标准,PVC糊树脂中残留的邻苯二甲酸酯类符合GB/T 39498-2020的控制建议值。

According to the recommended values for controlling the use of key chemicals in consumer goods specified in GB/T 39498-2020 Guidelines for the use and control of key chemicals substances in consumer product, green environment-friendly peroxide initiators were used to replace traditional azodiisopentheptanitrile in industrial test and production. The results showed that the polymerization process was stable after the complete replacement, the latex properties and paste resin product properties met the enterprise quality standards, and the residual phthalates in PVC paste resin met the recommended control value in GB/T 39498-2020.
