阐述了DCS报警优化和管理工作的重要性,以CENTUMVP系统为例,介绍了报警优化的原则,重点介绍了其CAMS系统的设定方法。DCS报警优化后,氯乙烯合成装置和聚合装置的报警数量明显减少。
The importance of DCS alarm optimization and management were expounded.With CENTUM VP system as an example,the principle of alarm optimization was introduced.The setting method of its CAMS system was emphatically introduced.After the optimization of DCS alarm,the alarm number in vinyl chloride synthesis unit and in polymerization unit decreased significantly.
