PVC干燥系统的改造

摘要 针对原PVC干燥系统存在的问题,通过采用旋风-布袋复合除尘器取代原来的旋风分离器+布袋除尘器、增加尾气排放监测设备、更换阀门型号等,简化了干燥工艺流程,降低了能耗,提高了PVC树脂产品质量,并满足了环保要求。 Aiming at the problems existing in the original PVC drying system,improvement measures were taken.The measures included using a cyclone-bag composite dust collector to replace the original combination of cyclone separator and bag dust collector,increasing the exhaust emission monitoring equipment,and replacing the model of valves.So the drying process was simplified,the energy consumption was reduced,the quality of PVC resin products was improved,and the requirements of environmental protection could be met.
