推行“清洁能源+清洁供暖”实施方案的研究分析

Research and Analysis on the Implementation Plan of Promoting“Clean Energy+Clean Heating”

为推广清洁供暖,降低投资风险,模拟吉林松原某县集中供热改造项目,从实际情况出发,分析了清洁供暖和清洁能源两种方案实施过程中的设备选择、参数计算等环节,运用可行性评价工具对清洁供暖单一运营和“清洁能源+清洁供暖”联合运营两种方案进行评价,通过经济指标对比得出,采用“清洁能源+清洁供暖”的模式将集中供热改为清洁能源供热的方式是可行的。

In order to promote clean heating and reduce investment risk,the central heating reconstruction project of a county is simulated.Based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes the equipment selection and parameter calculation in the process of changing central heating into"clean energy+clean heating".Two schemes of single operation of clean heating and joint operation of"clean energy+clean heating"are proposed.Through comparison of economic indicators,it is feasible to change the mode of"clean energy+clean heating"from centralized heating to clean energy heating.
