摘要
针对滑动轴承油膜振荡严重威胁机组安全运行的问题,以某200 MW汽轮机油膜振荡事件为例,结合油膜振荡发生特征和原理对事件进行分析,得出此次油膜振荡原因为4轴瓦载荷偏低,并提出减小轴瓦与轴颈间顶部间隙等建议。
Aiming at the problem that the oil film oscillation of sliding bearing seriously threatens the safe operation of the unit,the oil film oscillation event of a 200 MW steam turbine is taken as an example to analyze the event in combination with the characteristics and principles of oil film oscillation.It is concluded that the reason for this oil film oscillation is the low load of No.4 bearing liner,and suggestions such as reducing the top clearance between bearing liner and journal are put forward.
