摘要
新疆伊犁河谷三面环山,气候温和湿润,自然条件优越,适合多种作物种植。高粱作为新疆伊犁地区的特色经济作物,是酿酒企业必不可少的原料,也是当地国民经济发展的支柱产业之一,发展高粱产业可带动农民增收,企业增效。通过对新疆伊犁地区高粱产业发展的现状进行调研与分析,总结了当前高粱产业中存在的问题,并结合国内白酒企业及高粱产业发展趋势及酿酒高粱产业发展模式等方面提出意见建议,以期为未来新疆高粱产业的发展提供参考。
