摘要
目的探讨病例结合问题式学习(PBL)教学法在神经康复学课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年—2021年康复治疗学专业4年制学生,以第三年学习临床康复阶段的56名学生作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,各28名。观察组采用病例结合PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较2组学生的理论知识、临床思维和操作技能考核与满意度。结果观察组的理论知识、临床思维和操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的学生满意度也高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经康复学的教学中采用病例结合PBL教学法有利于提高康复治疗学学生的专业知识和技能,提升学生临床能力,提高教学水平和学生的满意度,还能有效调动学生学习的主观能动性,对提升康复医学人才的岗位胜任力具有重要的现实意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of case combined with PBL teaching method in the course of neurorehabilitation.Methods 56 students in the third year of clinical rehabilitation from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the PBL teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking and operation skills of the two groups were compared.Results The results of the evaluation of theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking and operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the observation group was also higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case study combined with PBL teaching method in neurorehabilitation is helpful to improve the professional knowledge and skills of rehabilitation therapy students,improve their clinical ability,improve teaching level and students’satisfaction,and effectively mobilize the subjective initiative of students’learning,which is of great practical significance to improve the post competence of rehabilitation medical talents.
