国内外医学生临床实践教学问题浅析

Analysis on the Problems of Clinical Practice Teaching for Domestic and Foreign Medical Students

临床实践是医学教育的重要组成部分之一,是理论知识与实践运用相结合的核心环节,是医学生从学校走向工作岗位的桥梁。临床实践技能的有效掌握,是临床执业医师从事临床工作的基础和根本。临床实践教学质量的优劣直接关系到医学生未来从事医疗工作的能力和水平。因此,通过对不同类型的医学生临床实践教学实施过程中存在的问题进行分析和比较,梳理改进教学思路,进行统筹规划和整体布局,以提高医学生临床实践教学质量。

Clinical practice is one of the most important part of medical education,the core link of combining theoretical knowledge with practice and application,and the bridge for medical students to work after school.The effective mastery of clinical practice skills is the basis and foundation for clinical practitioners to engage in clinical work.The quality of clinical practice teaching is directly related to the medical students’ability and level of future medical work.Therefore,through the analysis and comparison of the problems existing in the implementation process of different types of medical students’clinical practice teaching,the teaching designs are sorted out and improved,and the overall planning and integrated layout are carried out to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching for medical students.
