Teaching and Learning of Along-meridian Selected Point

经络腧穴学教学中,采用了以临床为导向的学习方法,将最基础的临床取穴思路融会到教学当中。其中,“循经取穴”是学生学习中的重点、难点。此文介绍了教学组的教学实践,分析了该重难点的辨识方法和学习思路,先明确“循经取穴”的“经”,再学习在“经”上选“穴”,并且厘清循经取穴的学习内涵,讲解的难易程度与大学二年级的经络腧穴学学习相适应。

In the teaching of meridians and acupoints,teachers use the learning method base on clinical medicine and blend the thinking of the most basic clinical acupoint selection into educational practices.Along-meridian Selected Point is the key and difficult point of students’learning.This paper introduces the teaching practice of teaching group and analyzes the identification method and learning way of this key and difficulty point.First,it is important to figure out what Meridian is,and study how to select acupoints on the meridian,and to clarify the meaning of along-meridian selected point.The difficulty of explanation fit with the curriculum of meridians and acupoints for sophomore.
