分层级管理联合雁阵效应模式在临床护理教学管理工作的应用

摘要 目的探讨分层级管理联合“雁阵效应”模式在临床护理教学管理工作中的应用效果。方法将2020年7月—2020年9月内蒙古医科大学附属医院实习的护理专业实习生随机抽取100名学生,分成实验组与对照组,各50名。实验组按照分层级管理联合“雁阵效应”模式重组后的教学团队进行临床教学,对照组按照模式重组前的教学模式进行临床教学。比较2组实习生的考核成绩、自我认知能力及对带教老师综合评价。结果实验组的考核成绩评分均明显高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理实习生对实习的满意度,护理实习生不同层次专业能力自我评价,护理实习生对带教老师教学方式、教学态度评分均优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层级管理联合“雁阵效应”的临床护理教学管理模式有助于提升临床护理教学水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of layered management combined with“geese array effect”mode in clinical nursing teaching management.Methods 100 nursing interns from the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from July 2020 to September 2020 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 students in each group.The experimental group conducted clinical teaching according to the hierarchical management combined with the teaching team after the“geese array effect”mode,while the control group conducted clinical teaching according to the teaching mode before the mode restructuring.The two groups of interns were compared in the assessment results,self-cognitive ability and comprehensive evaluation of the teacher.Results The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing interns in the experimental group on the internship,the self-evaluation of the professional abilities of the nursing interns at different levels,and the evaluation scores of the nursing interns on the teaching methods and teaching attitudes of the teachers were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management combined with“geese array effect”clinical nursing teaching management mode is helpful to improve the level of clinical nursing teaching.
