Clinical Experience of White Sugar and Xiaozhong Shengji Ointment in Treating Pressure Sores

压疮是临床上较为常见的局部损伤,属于慢性难愈性创伤。压疮常在易受压和摩擦的部位发生,多见于长期卧床的老年患者,气血虚弱、血运不畅所致,具有迁延不愈、易感染、预后不佳等特点,若处理不当或日久失治,则会加重其病情,甚至威胁生命安全,给患者及其家庭带来极大的痛苦与困扰。崔邦胜主任医师长期从事组织创面缺损等创面难愈性疾病,对压疮的诊治总结了一定的临床经验。此文主要介绍崔邦胜主任医师在临床上以白糖联合消肿生肌膏治疗压疮的思路及经验。

Pressure sores,also known as bedsores,are local damage to the skin and(or)subcutaneous tissues caused by long-term compression of local tissues of the body which led to the occurrence of persistent ischemia and hypoxia.Common in the elderly patients with long-term bedridden,pressure sores tend to occur in parts prone to compression and friction,such as sacrococcygeal,parietal-occipital,heel and back.Pressure sores which are chronic refractory wounds in the clinic have the characteristics like long time to healing,susceptible to infection,hard to cure,etc.,and are troublesome in clinical treatment,which will bring heavy burden to patients’families.Professor Cui Bangsheng has been engaged in skin tissue defects and other wound-incurable diseases for a long time,and conclude certain experience from the diagnosis and treatment of pressure sores.This article mainly introduces the clinical thought and experience of Professor Cui Bangsheng in treating pressure sores with white sugar and Xiaozhong Shengji ointment.
