归脾汤治疗心律失常临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guipi Decoction in the Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的分析在心律失常患者采用归脾汤治疗的临床效果。方法将兴城市中医医院2020年5月—2021年5月接收治疗的心律失常患者80例作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对比分析2组患者治疗后临床效果、24 h心率失常次数、室性早搏次数、治疗前后生活质量评分(QOL)、临床症状改善时间。结果2组患者临床疗效对比,观察组总有效率为90.0%(36/40),高于对照组的70.0%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者24 h心率失常次数、室性早搏次数明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者QOL评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者QOL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者临床症状改善时间对比可见,观察组患者明显更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心律失常的治疗中采用归脾汤可明显提高患者临床效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Guipi decoction in the clinical treatment of patients with arrhythmia.Methods 80 patients with arrhythmia who were treated in Xingcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The two groups of patients were compared and analyzed after treatment.Clinical effect,number of 24h arrhythmia,number of ventricular premature beats,QOL score before and after treatment,incidence of clinical symptom improvement time between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(36/40),higher than that of the control group(70.0%(28/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the number of arrhythmias and premature ventricular beats at 24 h in observation group was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,QOL scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms between the two groups was significantly shorter in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with arrhythmia,the use of Guipi decoction can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients and reduce the frequency of arrhythmic ventricular premature beats.
