基于血瘀理论论治老年功能性便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Senile Functional Constipation based on Blood Stasis Theory

目的 观察化瘀通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果。方法 将老年功能性便秘患者随机分为2组。治疗组采用化瘀通便汤加减治疗,对照组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服。观察2组患者治疗前后便秘症状积分变化、X线标记物排除率、临床疗效。结果 治疗后2组患者便秘症状总积分均较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后2组患者X线标记物排除率较治疗前提高,且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率为82.14%(23/28),对照组总有效率为71.43%(20/28),治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 从血瘀论治老年功能性便秘效果确切,为临床辨证治疗功能性便秘提供新思路。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huayu Tongbian decoction on senile functional constipation.Methods Senile patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with modified Huayu Tongbian decoction,and the control group was treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder.The changes of constipation symptom score,X-ray marker exclusion rate(CG%)and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the constipation symptom scores of the two groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the X-ray marker exclusion rate(CG%)of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.4%,and that of the control group was 72.7%.There was significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The treatment of senile Functional constipation from blood stasis is effective,which provides a new idea for clinical treatment of functional constipation.
