骨刺消膏外敷治疗早期膝骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Application of Gucixiao Ointment in the Treatment of Early Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察骨刺消膏外敷治疗早期膝骨性关节炎的临床效果,为早期膝关节炎治疗提供一种临床依据。方法本研究采用随机分组方法,选择88例早期膝骨性关节炎患者,治疗组采用骨刺消膏外敷治疗,对照组采用青鹏软膏治疗。结果治疗组愈显率和总有效率分别为88.64%(39/44)和100.00%(44/44);对照组愈显率和总有效率分别为70.45%(31/44)和90.91%(40/44),治疗组愈显率优于对照组。结论骨刺消膏外敷治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎效果较青鹏软膏疗效更佳。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of Guqixiao ointment on early knee osteoarthritis,and to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of early knee arthritis.Methods In this study,88 patients with early knee osteoarthritis were randomly selected.The treatment group was treated with external application of Gucixiao ointment,and the control group was treated with Qingpeng ointment.Results The recovery rate and effective rate of GTCX group were 88.64%(39/44)and 100%(44/44),respectively.The recovery rate and effective rate of Qingpeng ointment group were 70.45%(31/44)and 90.91%(40/44),respectively.Compared with the two groups,the recovery rate of treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion The effect of external application of Gucixiao ointment in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis is better than that of Qingpeng ointment.
