健脾益胃祛湿汤联合胃三针治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jianpi Yiwei Qushi Decoction Combined with Three Stomach Acupoints in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的探讨健脾益胃祛湿汤联合胃三针治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年6月的89例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组44例,观察组45例。对照组给予健脾益胃祛湿汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加以胃三针干预。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状积分、免疫功能、血清胃蛋白酶原亚群含量。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.56%(43/45)高于对照组84.09%(37/44)(P<0.05),各项临床症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组免疫功能水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PGⅠ含量、PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值明显高于对照组,PGⅡ含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益胃祛湿汤联合胃三针治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果良好,能有效改善患者免疫功能及血清胃蛋白酶原亚群,有利于患者进一步康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Yiwei Qushi decoction combined with three stomach acupoints in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Eighty-nine patients with chronic atrophic gastritis from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group of 44 cases and observation group of 45 cases.The control group was treated with Jianpi Yiwei Qushi decoction,and the observation group was treated with three stomach acupoints on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score,immune function and serum pepsinogen subgroup content were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45)higher than that of the control group(84.09%,37/44)(P<0.05),and the score of clinical symptoms was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The immune function level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The PG-I content and pg-I/pg-II ratio in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the PG-II content in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jianpi Yiwei Qushi decoction combined with three stomach acupoints has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which can effectively improve the patient’s immune function and serum pepsinogen subgroups,and is conducive to the further recovery of patients.
