摘要
目的创编一套脾胃养生操并制作成视频。方法遵循中医整体观念,运用中医的五行、脏腑、经络、腧穴等学说,选取大肠经、小肠经、肺经、胃经、脾经、肝经、三焦经等经络及相关的穴位,参考八段锦、五禽戏、易筋经、太极拳等中医导引养生功法,设计本操。结果脾胃养生操分为预备式和七式动作,第一式:双手上托理三焦;第二式:摇船式强身健体;第三式:上托下按调脾胃;第四式:十指抓伸转手腕;第五式:经络拍打健脾胃;第六式:腹部按摩运脾胃;第七式:撮谷道消病延年。以古筝版的《高山流水》作为背景音乐并制作成视频。结论七式脾胃养生操易学、易懂、易掌握,便于开展锻炼。
Objective To create a set of spleen and stomach exercise and make a video.Methods Following the concept of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine five elements,viscera,meridians,acupoints and other theories were used,meridians such as large intestine meridians,small intestine meridians,lung meridians,stomach meridians,spleen meridians,liver meridians,three jiao meridians and relevant acupoints were selected.Referring to Baduanjin,Wuqinxi,Yijin meridian,Tai Chi and other traditional Chinese medicine guidance health care skills,this exercise was designed.Results Spleen and stomach health exercises are divided into preparatory and seven movements.The first type is two hands on three jiao meridians.The second type is rocking boat type physical fitness.The third type is under the upper support according to the spleen and stomach.The fourth type is ten fingers grasp stretch wrist.The fifth type is meridian beating spleen and stomach.The sixth type is abdominal massage transport spleen and stomach.The seventh type is pinch valley road to eliminate disease prolong years.Guzheng version of High Mountain and Running Water as the background music and made a video.Conclusion Seven types of spleen and stomach exercise are easy to learn and easy to grasp,and are easy to carry out exercise.
