透压针刀治疗创伤骨折术后呃逆临床观察

Clinical Observation on Osmotic Needle Knife in Treating Hiccup after Traumatic Fracture

目的观察透压针刀治疗臂丛神经阻滞麻醉术后呃逆的临床效果。方法将60例创伤骨折术后呃逆患者随机分为2组,每组30例。所有患者均进行对因治疗,治疗组采用透压针刀筋膜点治疗,每日治疗1次,至呃逆停止,即扎即出,不留针,观察周期14 d;对照组采用《针灸治疗学》教材中的针刺治疗,每日治疗1次,每次30 min,至呃逆停止,观察周期14 d。于治疗结束后比较2组患者的综合疗效和治疗次数。结果治疗14 d后,透压针刀组的综合疗效优于常规针刺组(Z=-3.268,P=0.018),透压针刀组的治疗次数少于常规针刺组(t=-1.023,P=0)。结论透压针刀治疗创伤骨折术后呃逆,在综合疗效方面优于常规针刺疗法,且效果更快。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of osmotic needle knife in the treatment of hiccups after brachial plexus block anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients with hiccups after trauma and fracture were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 cases in each group.All patients were treated for the cause.The osmotic needle-knife group was treated with osmotic needle-knife fascia point treatment,once a day,until the hiccup stopped,it would be punctured immediately without leaving the needle,and the observation period was 14 days.The conventional acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture treatment in acupuncture therapeutics,once a day,30 minutes each time,until the hiccup stops,and the observation period was 14 days.After treatment,the comprehensive curative effect and the number of treatments of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,the comprehensive curative effect of the osmotic needle-knife group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group(Z=-3.268,P=0.018),and the treatment frequency of the osmotic needle-knife group was less than that of the conventional acupuncture group(t=-1.023,P=0.000).Conclusion The osmotic needle knife is superior to conventional acupuncture in terms of comprehensive curative effect in treating hiccups after trauma and fracture,and the effect is faster.
