三全育人背景下某学院研究生师生关系现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of the Relationship between Teachers and Students of A College under the background of Three Whole Education

“三全育人”即指全员、全过程、全方位育人。对某学院研究生师生关系进行调查,结果显示,该院“全方位”“全员”“全过程”育人体现得较为充分,师生关系总体较满意。主要问题在于研究生主动学习意识明显不足,管理机构的满意度有待提升,建议帮助学生建立主动学习的意识和习惯,导师应多发现学生的优点和特长,因材施教,管理机构应举办更多的学术活动。此研究旨在为“三全育人”环境下新型的研究生师生关系的构建提供借鉴。

“The three whole education”refers to all-staff,the whole process,all-round education.In this paper,through the investigation of the relationship between teachers and students of a college,the results showed that the“all-around”,“all-staff”and“whole-process”education of the college is fully reflected,and the relationship between teachers and students is generally satisfactory.The main problem lies in the obvious lack of graduate students’active learning,and the satisfaction of administrative institutions needs to be improved.It is suggested to help students establish the awareness and habit of active learning,and tutors should find more advantages and specialties of students,teach students according to their aptitude,and administrative institutions should hold more academic activities.This study provides a reference for the construction of new postgraduates’teacher-student relationship under the environment of“the three whole education”.
