双一流建设视角下中医药实验室安全管理体系研究

Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Laboratory Safety Management System from the Perspective of Double First-class Construction

全国中医药院校实验室在“双一流”建设背景下,在安全管理上还存在安全隐患,针对中医药实验室的特殊性,总结国内实验室安全管理的问题和经验,明确责任,完善制度,强化教育,建立评估,探索性提出中医药实验室安全管理体系构建的基本思路和方法,为培养优秀的中医药创新人才提供最坚实的保障。

Under the“double first-class”initiative background,the national laboratories of traditional Chinese medicine institutions were found to have potential safety hazard in terms of the safety management,aiming at the particularity of traditional Chinese medicine laboratory,a summary of problems and experience of domestic laboratory safety management was made,besides,investigations were also made in aspects of responsibility clarification,system perfection,education enhancement and evaluation establishment.At last,the basic ways of thinking and fundamental methods were explored in terms of the traditional Chinese medicine laboratory safety management for providing the most solid guarantee for the cultivation of excellent and innovative talents of traditional Chinese Medicine.
