感染后咳嗽是呼吸道感染的急性期症状消失后,以咳嗽主要表现的一类疾病,是临床亚急性咳嗽最常见的原因,发病率高。咳嗽反复发作,迁延难愈,给患者的日常生活及心理健康造成不良影响。中医对感染后咳嗽认识历史悠久,治疗方法多样,安全性高,效果显著。此文从病因病机和中医药治疗方面对感染后咳嗽的中医药研究进行综述,旨在拓宽临床治疗感染后咳嗽的思路和途径。

Post-infection cough is a type of disease that disappears after respiratory tract infection.Cough is the main manifestation.Post-infectious cough is the most common cause of subacute cough with a high incidence rate.Prolonged cough would cause harmful influence on physical and psychological conditions of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a profound understanding of post-infectious cough with various therapeutic methods and has been proved to be safe and effective.This paper reviews the research of traditional Chinese medicine of post-infectious cough from the etiology,pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine treatment aspects,so as to broaden the thinking and ways of clinical treatment of post-infectious cough.
