摘要
脑卒中后吞咽障碍(DSA)是一种严重影响病患身心健康的疾病,是当今康复医学科研究的难点和热点。临床当前针对DSA的康复治疗方法较多,神经肌肉电刺激因其便捷、无创等优势而广受临床关注。作者就DSA的临床病症表现、神经肌肉电刺激治疗手段方法等进行综述,旨在为临床治疗提供一定参考。
Poststroke dysphagia(DSA)is a disease that seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.It is a difficult and hotspot issue in the research of rehabilitation medicine nowadays.Currently,there are many rehabilitation treatment methods for DSA in clinical practice,and neuromuscular electrical stimulation has attracted wide clinical attention due to its advantages of convenience and non-invasiveness.In this paper,the author made a comprehensive review of the clinical symptoms of DSA and the neuromuscular electrical stimulation for it,aiming to provide some valuable reference for clinical treatment for DSA.
