妊娠期癌症患者心理体验质性研究的Meta整合

Meta-synthesis of qualitative research on psychological experience of gestational cancer patients

目的 系统评价妊娠期诊断出癌症的患者患病体验和心理感受,为临床妊娠期癌症患者的护理提供循证依据。方法 检索PubMed、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、PsycINFO、SinoMed、中国知网、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台及万方数据知识服务平台关于妊娠期癌症患者体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2021年12月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的汇集性整合方法对结果进行Meta整合。结果 共纳入10篇文献,提炼出49个研究结果,归纳出10个新类别,得到4个整合结果,分别为情绪、女性社会形象的改变、对医疗保健知识的需求、对心理社会支持的需求。结论 妊娠期癌症患者存在较重心理负担、对于疾病知识和社会支持有强烈需求,医护工作者应密切关注患者心理调适过程,为患者提供充分的社会支持和信息支持。

Objective To evaluate disease experience and psychological feeling of patients diagnosed with gestational cancer systematically in order to provide evidence-based reference for nursing care of gestational cancer patients. Method Search PubMed, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, PsycINFO, SinoMed, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang data for qualitative research on experience of gestational cancer patients from beginning of database to Dec. 2021. Perform Meta-synthesis on results by integrating methods of Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI). Result Totally 10 articles are included, 49 results are extracted, 10 new categories are concluded and 4 integrated results are received, which are emotion, change of social-image for women, demand on healthcare knowledge and demand on social support. Conclusion Gestational cancer patients have heavy psychological burden and strong demand on healthcare knowledge and social support. Medical staff should focus on patients’ psychological adjustment process closely and provide them with adequate social and information support.
