摘要
不动产权籍调查成果质量评价方法中存在大量的定性和定量指标,本研究采用层次分析模糊综合特征建立评价模型,对影响成果质量因素进行层次分析,将复杂问题简单化,对影响因子采用熵权法和专家打分法等级定权,实践验证能快速、科学、精准评价测绘产品质量,相比传统不动产权籍调查成果质量评价工作效率提高70%以上,本研究取得评价方法对目前全国正在开展的不动产权籍调查评价具有较好指导意义。
There are a lot of qualitative and quantitative indexes in the quality evaluation of the survey results of real property ownership, and this study conducts AHP for the factors that affect the quality of results, and simplifies complex issues. Using the fuzzy comprehensive grading to determine the impact factor, the practice verification can quickly, scientifically and accurately evaluate the quality of surveying and mapping products, and the efficiency is increased by more than 70% compared with the traditional methods. The method serves as a good guidance for the investigation and evaluation of the integrated ownership of rural real estate carried out in China.
