乡村振兴战略背景下的农村土地利用绩效评价

研究采用熵权一TOPSIS法,在微观尺度上定量评价农村土地利用绩效,分析其差异,以期为提升农村土地利用绩效提供参考。研究结果表明:(1)2010一2020年间湖北省土地利用综合绩效评价值整体上呈现波动上升趋势;(2)从评价准则层来看,土地利用绩效评价的4个维度的绩效评价值存在变化幅度差异,相比较而言,土地利用的经济产出绩效和生态涵养绩效评价值增速较快,社会保障绩效和景观效应绩效评价值增长迟滞;(3)考虑不同区域的农村土地利用绩效,湖北省平原地区的土地利用综合绩效评价值高于丘陵地区和山区,但丘陵地区的土地利用经济产出绩效评价值高于平原地区和山区,而山区的土地利用生态涵养绩效和景观效应绩效评价值均明显高于丘陵和平原地区。总之,2010一2020年,基于农户视角的湖北省土地利用综合绩效整体水平显著提升。从4个维度来看,土地利用绩效水平存在变化幅度差异;不同区域的农村土地利用绩效水平也存在差异。

The purpose of the study is to quantitatively evaluate rural land use performance at the microscale and to compare and analyze its differences with a view to providing a reference for improving the level of rural land use performance.The research method is the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method.The results indicate that:(1)The overall land use performance evaluation index in Hubei Province from 2010 to 2020 shows a fluctuating upward trend;(2)From the evaluation criterion level,the performance evaluation indexes of the four dimensions of land use performance evaluation have different magnitudes of change.In comparison,the evaluation indexes of economic output performance and ecological conservation of land use are growing faster,while the evaluation indexes of social security performance and landscape effect of land use are growing sluggishly;(3)Considering the influence of different regional topographic conditions on land use performance,the evaluation index of comprehensive land use performance in plain areas of Hubei Province is higher than that in hilly areas and mountainous areas,but the evaluation index of economic output performance of land use in hilly areas is significantly higher than that in plain areas and mountainous areas,while the evaluation index of ecological conservation performance and landscape effect performance of land use in mountainous areas are higher than that in hilly and plain areas.In conclusion,in the past ll years,the overall level of comprehensive land use performance in Hubei Province based on farmers'perspective has improved significantly;there are also differences in the level of rural land use performance across regions.
