大型医院巡查对加强高校附属医院建设作用探析

An exploration of the role of large hospital inspections in strengthening the construction of university hospitals

高等学校开展附属医院巡查是贯彻落实国家卫健委有关大型医院巡查的要求,是推动全面从严治党向附属医院延伸的有效举措。本文通过分析指出,开展大型医院巡查不仅能够推动医院党建工作,解决医院党建工作虚化的问题,而且能够提供相互学习借鉴的机会,推动制度建设,规范工作行为,强化风险意识,防范廉政风险,对推进高校附属医院高质量发展具有重要作用。

The inspection of affiliated hospitals in higher education institutions is an effective measure to implement the requirements of the National Health Care Commission regarding the inspection of large hospitals and to promote the extension of comprehensive strict party governance to affiliated hospitals.Through analysis,this paper points out that the inspection of large hospitals can not only promote the party building work of hospitals and solve the problem of vapid party building work of hospitals,but also provide opportunities to learn from each other,promote system construction,regulate work behavior,strengthen risk awareness and prevent integrity risks,so it plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of university-affiliated hospitals.
