摘要
目的判断PBL结合CBL的临床教学方式在肿瘤放疗教学中的效果及应用价值。方法通过研究2021年5月—2022年5月于我科实习的研究生和规培生36名,随机分为试验组与对照组各18名学生,对照组进行传统教学方法,试验组同学进行PBL结合CBL的教学方法,实验期末考核两组实习同学的理论成绩、实践技能成绩以及教学满意程度;结果研究发现试验组的理论及实践技能成绩高于对照组,研究显示试验组的教学满意度(88.889%)亦高于对照组(55.556%),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤放疗学科的临床教学工作中,采用PBL结合CBL教学方法可显著提高学生的理论水平及实践操作能力,有效改善教学满意度,具有独特的优势,可进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect and application value of PBL combined with CBL in tumor radiotherapy teaching.Methods A total of 36 postgraduates and regular 2021 students were enrolled from May 2021 to May 2022.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 18 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the students in the experimental group used PBL and CBL teaching methods.At the end of the experiment,the theoretical scores,practical skills scores and teaching satisfaction of the students in the two groups were assessed.Results The study found that the experimental group’s academic and practical skills were higher than the control group,and the experimental group’s teaching satisfaction(88.889%)was also higher than the control group(55.556%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of tumor radiotherapy,the combination of PBL and CBL teaching method can significantly improve students’theoretical level and practical operation ability,effectively improve teaching satisfaction,and has unique advantages.It can be further promoted and applied.
