酸性氧化电位水用于血液透析机器表面的消毒效果观察

摘要 目的探讨酸性氧化电位水应用于血液净化中心透析机器和护理单元表面的消毒效果,为其在临床应用提供理论依据。方法2018年11月—2019年5月期间,对我院104台透析机进行研究,根据使用消毒液体种类的不同分为对照组(常规消毒,朗索片溶解液)和试验组(酸性氧化电位水),每组纳入52台透析机。使用SPSS 20.0软件统计分析两种方法对血液净化中心透析机器和护理单元表面的清洗效果和消毒效果、两种方法对消毒成本以及对透析机器和护理单元表面消毒的杀菌率及消毒合格率。结果试验组相关设备表面清洁度、附着物情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组时间成本和经济成本均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),消毒后30 min和消毒后60 min试验组杀菌率和消毒合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规消毒方法,血液净化中心相关设备使用酸性氧化还原电位水进行消毒的效果更佳,安全性强,经济成本相对较低。 Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of acidic oxidized potential water on the surface of dialysis machine and nursing unit in blood purification center,and to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods From November 2018 to May 2019,104 dialysis machines in our hospital were studied and divided into control group(conventional disinfection,ronsol tablet solution)and experimental group(acid oxidation potential water)according to the different types of disinfection liquid used,and 52 dialysis machines were included in each group.SPSS20.0 software was used to statistically analyze the cleaning effect and disinfection effect of the two methods on the surfaces of dialysis machines and nursing units in the blood purification center,the disinfection cost of the two methods,and the sterilization rate and disinfection qualification rate of the surfaces of dialysis machines and nursing units.Results The surface cleanliness,attachment and pipeline blockage of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time cost and economic cost of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The bactericidal rate and qualified rate of 30min and 60min after disinfection were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional disinfection method,the effect of acid oxidation potential water on disinfection of related equipment in blood purification center is better,the economic cost is relatively low,and the bactericidal rate and qualified rate of disinfection are also relatively high.
